 Constructed as a F-84F-55-RE by Republic at Farmingdale, New York, USA. 

 Circa 1953 Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 52-6993. 

Transferred to 405th Fighter Bomber Wing, Langley AFB, VA.

 

Circa 1955 Transferred to 401st Fighter Bomber Group, Alexandria Air Force Base (later England Air Force Base), LA. 

Transferred to 2584th Reserve Flying Center, Memphis, TN. 

Transferred to 401st Fighter Bomber Group, Alexandria Air Force Base (later England Air Force Base), LA. 


1957 Transferred to 166th Fighter Squadron, Ohio ANG, Youngstown, OH. 


1962 Transferred to 112th Fighter Squadron, Ohio ANG, Toledo, OH. 

 Transferred to 366th Tactical Fighter Wing, USAF, Chaumont-Semoutiers Air Base, France. 


1964-1971 Transferred to 163rd Fighter Squadron, 122nd Tactical Fighter Group, Indiana ANG, Fort, Wayne, IN. 


1971 Moved to Wilbur Wright Birthplace Museum, Millville-Mooreland
